 11. They have Basic Leadership skills
 12. They have a sense of humor
 13. They provide others with accountability and help bring deliverance from sinful behviors
 14. They have a heart for worship
 15. They have a consistent prayer life
 16. They can communicate in front of a big group (testimony, bible lessons, etc)
